San Diego Supercross

This past weekend we had a fun weekend with father-in-law Dave and Patti, and Patti's sister Jeannie ;) We drove to San Diego so we could go to Supercross on Saturday, and then Balboa Park on Sunday. After we checked in to our hotel, Kyle and I walked across the street and had our first experience on the Metro ;)

Not really much to see, but it was nice not having to drive! It also makes stops at Fashion Valley ...unfortunately we didn't have time to stop there this trip ;(

Luckily, our seats were under the overhang in the stadium...since it ended up raining!

We still managed to have fun despite the storm ;)

I was excited to try out our new camera and it's super zoom capacity (we bought ourselves the Canon G11 for Christmas :)

After Supercross, Kyle and I went and had a late night snack at Bubba Gump Shrimp's...then took the Metro back to the hotel.
